Founder of Executive Search consultancy SILK Search, since 2008. Kellie McSorley is a specialist in assessing and recruiting first-class leadership talent for Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle brands. Kellie launched THE SET in 2019 in response to her clients growing need for immediacy and agility.
Previously, Kellie led searches on behalf of well-known Executive Search firms in their respective Retail and Consumer practices, in the UK, Middle East and Australia.
