Our Process

 

1. Clarify the brief and business need.

2. Identify & recommend Specialists with the required skills and fit (2-3 max.).

3. Interviews between Specialist & Client.

4. Post-interview: Preferred Specialist prepares proposal to replay the need, the solution & delivery timeline

5. Specialist chosen: Scope of work, milestones, deliverables agreed

 

6. Agreement: Internal stakeholders, project plan and terms.

7. Set-up project: Contracts, timesheets, invoicing & payments set up (via The SET online portal).

8. Ongoing monitoring & management of milestones & delivery, by The SET.

9. Project completion:
Work towards successful completion of deliverables.

10. Handover:
Detailed verbal and written, to ensure project momentum is maintained, when Specialist exits.
